2021-07-30 - Fecal Bacteria Warning - Zeiner Park
Elevated levels of fecal bacteria were detected via testing of the lake water at Zeiner Park Beach location on July 30, 2021. At those current levels, gastrointestinal illness may have resulted from ingestion of the water at Zeiner Park Beach.
Observations were made by AHS via water sample testing and the order to stay out of the water, both wading and swimming, was enacted immediately.
The order was lifted on September 3, 2021.
